Embracing a New Chapter with Open Arms

Welcome everyone - it's great to be here! It brings me immense joy and excitement to have you here on my new digital adventure. I'm thrilled to start this journey with all of you and as with all journeys, it begins with the first step. Through my posts, I will be sharing my passions, thoughts, and experiences on life, love, and finding yourself. I look forward to having this blank canvas to create a vibrant world of inspiration and exploration not only for myself, but for my readers as well. First things first - a little about me. I'm Karen. I am the Momma of two amazing children, who make me immensely proud every day. They are both in college, living away from home and becoming quite independent with a love of travel and trying new things - something that I always wanted for them. As an empty nester, I'm learning to adjust to my new role daily. Staying in touch and being supportive while simultaneously giving them the space to grow. It's a balancing act for sure! At home, I have an amazing boyfriend and our new rescue dog, Tillie. We work everyday to keep our life fun, supportive, and peaceful. I'm also surrounded by a very tight-knit family and close friends that are deeply involved in every aspect of my life. I'm blessed beyond belief!

As you join this journey with me, you can expect to find a diverse range of content topics here. I aspire to let my life experiences guide my words - so you never know what you might be in for! One day we may be diving into travel tales, experiencing new destinations through my eyes and words, then the next, we may be exploring the realm of personal growth, discovering how to embrace your full potential. I may even become your own personal cheerleader - a role I take great pride in (more to come about that). Above all, this blog will be a reflection of my authentic self - open, curious, and always yearning to learn and grow.
